Dr. Richard Saari, Optometry

I am very grateful that I have Dr. Richard Saari being my daughter's optometrist.I highly recommend for children myopia control with Dr. Richard Saari. He is very knowledgeable and the clinic has axial length equipment to measure and track the eye elongation very well.

I went to Dr. Saari after being to a different Optometrist for a few years. First, the staff are great! They are always smiling and happy to help! For Dr. Saari, can I just say WOW! His expertise was exceptional! He has a sense of humor that really helps with anxious kids! The kids loved him and he was able to help out the entire family! Amazing experience!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr Richard Saari, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism, genuine care, and welcoming atmosphere I was provided. From the moment I arrived,I was greeted by Mark which made my wife and i feel comfortable. He was efficient and attentive, ensuring that our appointments were scheduled smoothly and that all my questions were answered clearly. I was then passed on to Joy, what a personality she went though questions while making me laugh and feel like I was on the couch in my living room. Exceptional Dr. Saari this young doctor exemplifies professionalism and expertise. During our examination, he took the time to explain each step of the process in a friendly and approachable manner. Very attentive and personalized care reassured me that I was in capable hands moving forward. What truly stood out was these three team's members dedication to patient well-being. They listened carefully to my concerns, answered all my questions, and provided not only eye care they provided me with welcome laughter you don’t find at a Doctors office. Dr. Saari is a wonderful eye doctor but his staff is terrible. I got an appointment booked to pick up lenses and after I sat for over 45 minutes I was told they weren’t even in. 5 days later I called and asked if they were in and was told yes, and to come on in and once again my lenses were not there. A waste of time and gas mixed with incapable incompetent staff

It is always a pleasant experience visiting Dr. Saari. He and his staff are professional, pleasant, and helpful. I am confident my eyecare is in good hands.
