Dr. Ragad Rawoof Medical Clinic

The doctor herself is excellent and provides high quality care. Unfortunately, the administrative side of this clinic severely undermines that experience. It is extremely difficult to reach the office by phone. Calls frequently go unanswered, which resulted in my prescribed medication lapsing for approximately six weeks because there was no reliable way to request a refill or even book an appointment. When contact is eventually made and an appointment is scheduled, wait times regularly exceed an hour past the booked time. This reflects poor front desk management and a lack of respect for patients time. The reception staff are the primary issue. In particular, the younger receptionist who is typically seated on the left upon entry consistently displays a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, making patients feel like an inconvenience rather than people seeking medical care. This clinic would benefit greatly from improvements in administrative processes and customer service training. As it stands, access to care is unnecessarily stressful despite the quality of the physician.

I have been with her for 10 years. At that time I looked at online reviews on doctor’s. One review really struck me, “She leaves no stone unturned”. I take only 3 prescribed medications and feel the best I have felt for years (I am 76). I usually see her for medication refills, 3 or 4 times a year and I can discuss any health issues then if necessary and she will set up referrals if necessary. As her patient I am no longer striking out, I am on first base.

Doctor Rawoof is rude, dismissive (especially of mental health issues) and after telling the pharmacy to have my partner call for an appointment, he still can’t reach the office to schedule said appt - even though he’s been calling multiple times a day for two weeks. They almost never answer the phones and even have it recorded on their voicemail to not leave messages as they don’t bother to check them. 0/10 would not recommend to ANYONE. He will be switching to my doctor this week because this is ridiculous.

I’ve been a patient at Ragad Rawoof Medical Clinic for over 15 years, and I can’t recommend it enough. The staff is always friendly, professional, and caring. Dr. Rawoof is truly exceptional—she goes above and beyond for her patients, always prompt with reports, and treats everyone like family. I feel truly blessed to have her as our family doctor.

She's very stingy with her medication refills. Wants you to come in to see her every time you need a refill. Unfortunately, they don't answer the phone EVER. Been trying to book an appointment for 2 weeks for a refill. My meds are running out but I can't get through to the office. They won't let you leave a message. Very frustrating!
