Since I walk in Dr Fritz's office ,I could feel a welcoming environment, friendly smiles and a great customer service that walk you through all the steps of your treatment. It has been a comfortable experience supported by professionalism.

Dr Fritz and his staff are amazing. From day one until my last appointment I received amazing care from Dr Fritz and his staff. I highly recommend this office for periodontal care!

My Grandmother - who is loved dearly, had a very serious Thyroid Issue discovered during a routine cleaning.. This issue was not evident in blood tests or could be seen by her Family Doctor. As a result a life saving operation quickly took place and all is well due to early detection. We are very thankful as this detection was life saving. (Years ago High blood pressure was also detected by Dr. Fritz himself - through an office visit. Staff is very professional with all concerns for patients taking place. Customer Service is over and above!

I look forward to my visits at Dr. Fritz office. I am inspired to be a better human after I leave there. The care is incredible, every member of his team is professional as well as welcoming. I leave with a smile 😃. You can see that every detail from the procedures to the Art that adorns the wall is done so with great care. Going to a dentist can be terrifying I know...not there . I wish I had more stars to give Dr Fritz and his staff in his amazing, out of this world office in Fonthill, Ontario. The impeccable clean office and all the treatment rooms are decorated with great taste, in a nature inspired theme. The reception area is beautiful and inviting. Very modern coffee and tea stations, water, a shelf full of books, a TV display with changing images of Adam Shoalts's expeditions, fresh flower arrangements on all rooms, an entire collection of canoes displayed in the most original way, and I can go on and on. Every single detail was taken into consideration and taken care of to perfection. The staff is great, extremely polite, courteous, to the point I was tempted to ask I they are not hiring. For me, assuming that I had the required qualifications and age, that would have been the most amazing and desirable environment to work in. Dr Fritz is an amazing doctor, knowledgeable, life-long lerner, nature lover, but most of all, caring, compassionate, and kind. He is taking the time to explain clearly what the problem is and what the options are. I did not feel rushed, like in some other doctor's offices, I felt respected and treated in the best way possible as a patient. I had implants done by Dr Fritz 7 years ago, with no complications whatsoever. I can not recommend his practice more. To me, he is the best, and his way of doing his profession is the ideal one.
