First visit to this clinic and I was very pleased. The gentleman at reception was friendly and thorough. The nurse was professional and compassionate. I was seen by Dr. Mbuyl within twenty minutes and was treated respectfully and with care. The facility was clean and well-organized with patients being served quickly. Happy to recommend.
View on GoogleI recently visited this walk-in clinic for a sore throat and cough. The staff were polite and efficient, and they recommended rest and self-care. However, when I asked for a doctor's note for my employer—since my job requires constant speaking—I was told that it wasn't necessary because I could still walk. This overlooked the specific nature of my work. Moreover, I was informed that obtaining the doctor's note would require an additional payment, which I found unfair. I ultimately did not pay, but it left me with the impression that the clinic prioritizes profit over patient needs. Overall, while the medical care was fine, I believe there’s significant room for improvement in how the clinic handles patient-specific requirements.
View on GoogleHorrible care. We went in for a bad cough and wheezing and troubles breathing we were given medication and told to get xrays done the next day. Got xrays the next day they were sent in at 10:16am we waiting untill 130 pm to call and check in when we were told no results are in yet and hung up on. Called xray place they said they were sent in so called clinic back again and hung up on again. Finally went to the clinic at 230 to find out they had the results and never called and we were also givin the wrong medication based on the xrays. Receptionist totally rude and ignorant lieing about medicinal documents because there to lazy to actually do anything. Thankfully we did the work on our own otherwise we'd be taking the wrong medication for days or weeks without knowing
View on GoogleI came in yesterday to see if they were able to get a prescription for my sinus infection. I was quickly taken to an exam room and the do ask me about the infection in my sinuses. I was very impressed with the doctor and he was very thorough with the diagnosis. He check the throat,, chest respiratory . Very polite and friendly with excellent care. I was given a prescription for the infection and was told to take the medication as prescribed . This was my third or fourth time to go to the clinic and I would always have no problem using the clinic for my own health
View on GoogleCASH ONLY ?This clinic is extremely shady. I came in for a physiotherapy referral that is fully covered under OHIP through WSIB, and they refused to give it to me unless I paid cash — first $30, then jokingly said $50. I called WSIB right away, and they confirmed 100% that patients should never be charged for this. Only after I confronted them did they hand me the form and say “don’t charge this time.” Trying to make patients pay cash for something that is free under OHIP is unacceptable and feels like they are scamming people who don’t know better. This is unethical, potentially fraudulent, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
