Dr. Mitchell's Medical Clinic (St. Catharines)

I can't say enough about Dr. Mitchell, and his wonderful receptionist. These people are genuinely caring, helpful and kind. The office is clean, the playlist of music kept me entertained as I waited for the clients who came before me. The wait wasn't long. When I had my consultation, Dr. M was very thorough, and provided some helpful information to me. It is a shame he can't be my full time family doc. Grateful for the service he provided just the same. 👌😀

Best experience I've had with a doctor! He truly takes the time to listen and go over all concerns and does not rush the appointment at all. Dr Mitchell is a very kind doctor with so much compassion! The front desk staff is lovely as well.

After calling another walk-in clinic that was closer to my location, only to find out their wait time would be two hours, I opted to call Dr. Mitchell's walk-in clinic. The receptionist who answered the phone was very friendly and informed me it would only be a 15-20 minute wait there at that time, so I went over right away. The receptionist was even warmer and friendlier in person. Once I got to meet Dr. Mitchell, I was so impressed. He has an incredibly relaxed and down-to-earth demeanor which instantly made me very comfortable. The whole clinic has a very relaxed and welcoming vibe. I will definitely be returning to them in the future. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Mitchell is an extremely nice person and great at what he does. I went in with a small but annoying issue and he had me in and out in the 10 minutes. The women at the reception desk were very friendly and personable . I was blown away by the service here. I’ll never goto another walk in clinic again. So impressed!!

Very friendly environment and a knowledgeable physician! Well known and respected compassionate care. No appointment necessary. Lots of parking and check out the view from my space! Hot tamale!
