I've been going to this dentist for over 20 years. Most of the time their service is good, but they don't take into account that life sometimes happens. My children and I walk on eggshells because they do not allow you to be even a few min late, ever, for any reason. However they can kick you out halfway through your appointment to manage an emergency and make you reschedule and come back. They will call you 10 times if you don't confirm an appointment, but when you send an email and ask for information and follow up a week later, they bite your heads off saying that they're short-staffed and busy. Respect for time goes both ways... Going to the dentist is usually not a very pleasant experience, it would be lovely if they could take that into account and be more kind with their approach.

Incompetent staff. I scheduled my kid for a general appointment with notice for his potential tooth issue. The clowns 🤡 booked a partial appointment 🤣 and caused more nuisance by this than their worth

The absolute best family dentist office, ive been going here for over 10 years and I couldn't recommend them enough! Staff are so friendly and supportive!

I had been going here for years, then they said that they called me for my appointment but I didn't receive the notification. Then they weren't able to get me in for about 6 weeks.
