I visited this clinic for a routine facial and subsequently experienced significant and unexpected changes to my skin. I followed their recommended treatment plan and invested thousands of dollars in the suggested skincare products. Shortly after beginning the regimen, I informed the nurse that my skin was worsening rather than improving. Prior to my initial visit, I did not have acne or scarring; however, I developed persistent breakouts that have since resulted in noticeable scarring. I was advised that my skin was “purging” and to continue using the products, but over the following months, my condition continued to deteriorate while using the ZO Skin Health regimen. In my experience, these products were not suitable for my skin type. Since discontinuing them, the breakouts have stopped. I also felt my concerns were not fully acknowledged, as the issues were attributed to hormonal changes, which did not align with my previous skin history. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the outcome and the impact this has had on my skin.

Seven days post my BBL and I’ve noticed the age spots on my forehead have already disappeared. The spider veins around my nasal area have lightened significantly too. So please with my 1st BBL results. Looking forward to my next treatment. Laura was extremely professional and explained the procedure to me before hand. Loving my results so far.

When visiting the office you immediately feel a warm welcoming presence, all staff including the Dr. Are wonderful, sincere and pleasant. It feels like you’re visiting a friend for coffee…..and then any service you get done there is top notch. Anyone who asked me I shout how amazing all the ladies are there and especially Dr. Jane who is incredibly professional and sweet. I would never have my services done elsewhere.
