Dr. Eric Bella and Associates

Terrible! They were not honest with me! Went in for a script for contact lenses. Took my boxes in. Then they gave me a script for glasses which was the wrong script for contacts! Called the office and they told me they did not do contact lenses, so why didn't they tell me right away? Dishonest people! Never again! Here's an update... As if that wasn't bad enough, they called me twice begging me to remove or change my review...NO WAY! LOL

Contacted the Welland office of Dr. Frank Robertson-optometrist today and left a message to be contacted. I’m new to the area and after reading Dr. Robertson’s review thought this may be a great place to do my eye exams. The call was returned and at the get go, the telephone manner of the woman was abrupt,unfriendly and impolite I explained to her what I was looking to do and she bluntly told me she does not care about my eye exams and she could schedule me in for March. She was downright rude. I’m still in shock over this first telephone encounter. Needless to say, I will never be doing business with this office.

Had an appointment. Arrived early only to be told my appointment had to be cancelled and rebooked and that they had left me a message that morning. They did not leave me a message. It was clear the receptionist confused me with another patient with the same name and thought I had booked in to see the wrong doctor. Rather than confirming things she wasted my time and lied about it. Very unimpressed that I waste an hour from work. Do not recommend. My entire family will be going somewhere else from now on.

We have just recently moved to the area and we needed to find a good optometrist and we got lucky with the first one. The receptionist was so nice and polite. The doctor was very thorough about explaining everything to me. So needless to say we have found our new Optometrist.

My eye exam was with Dr. Rose. She was professional yet friendly. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me as she proceeded. I definitely got the impression that she sincerely cares and is very good at what she does. It certainly was the best experience I have had with an eye exam. They have an online tool to book your appointment which was very user friendly. They are conveniently located in the Seaway Mall. My only negative comment would be the fact that I could never get a live person on the phone as I had a couple quick questions prior to my appointment. Five stars for the all positive experience I had with both Dr. Rose and Greg at Pearle Vision.
