Dr Chi Mun Wong Family Physician

The receptionist is very rude & doesn’t let you talk. No problem with Dr Wong but she has too go.

Dr. Wong is very professional, attentive, and patient. He always listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make me feel truly cared for. I deeply appreciate his kindness and dedication.

2 start because of DR Wong I only hope he finds better front desk staff the woman in the morning is horrible and the man at night is rude...

5 Star Doctor. He is truly a saint. Relocates often but still worth following. He can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. One of the receptionists is horrible hence 2 star rating. Wait can be really long. Not sure why the automatic doors have been broken for so long. No WiFi. Very quiet. Needs a radio. The waiting room can get hot from the sun. Limited free parking.

Absolutely ZERO thought about patients with accessibility issues. Bringing in my wheelchair-bound aunt in who’s in a wheelchair was brutal: BOTH handicap doors were turned to the ‘off’ position (I flipped them on) and they had a table in front of the the receptionist’s window. The receptionist kept addressing me as the patient (despite my TELLING her twice I wasn’t) until I physically moved the table so she could see my aunt. Once that was dealt with we waited over 2 hours for a 10 minute appointment. 2 other patients (who had been there before us) had to leave without seeing the doctor for because they needed to pick kids up from school.
