There are no words to describe how satisfied we are and how wonderful Dr. Thomas and her staff are. I have always been a wreck going to the dentist and the dental hygienist. I can honestly say that my experience with her has been the best. She is very kind and caring. My only wish is that I had her as my dentist many years ago as she knows how to help you and put you at ease. Karen the dental hygienist is amazing and gets the job done with kindness and without pain. We are very grateful to have Dr. Thomas and staff taking care of all our dental needs. Karen, her hygienist, is especially amazing—so thorough, kind, and always makes the experience feel easy and stress-free. I have been a patient at this clinic for 18 years now and really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Thomas and her team. Dr. Thomas is highly-skilled, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She takes time to explain procedures and answer questions. She does everything possible to ensure the best treatment outcome. She also has a wonderful sense of humour. Karen is the best dental hygienist I’ve been to. She was the first to take time to properly educate me about caring for my oral health. She’s very gentle, yet thorough, when she cleans your teeth. She is easy to talk to (even with a mouthful of dental tools) and I feel like I’m coming to see a friend when I have an appointment with her. The office is clean and modern and there’s a warm, positive atmosphere here. I really can’t recommend them highly enough.
