Dr. Bartel Le Roux

Our experience with Dr. Leroux at the Niagara Falls Fracture Clinic was unacceptable and deeply concerning. We were sent to this clinic two days after my son broke two bones in his leg, yet there was no urgency, no compassion, and no basic level of professional care shown. Dr. Leroux demonstrated a complete lack of communication skills and bedside manner. He walked down the hallway toward us without introducing himself, made no eye contact, and did not speak directly to my injured child or to me. He rushed past us, made brief comments without stopping, and provided absolutely no explanation of what he said or what it meant for my son’s condition or treatment. He then walked into another room as if our presence—and my child’s injury—did not matter. This was not just poor service; it was an unacceptable way to treat a patient, especially a child who had just suffered a serious injury. No parent should be left confused, dismissed, or ignored in a medical setting. Because of this experience, we immediately took our child to Hamilton, where he finally received the quality care, clear communication, and compassion that every single patient deserves. I strongly urge parents to think twice before bringing their child to this clinic if they expect professional, compassionate, or competent care.

Dr. Le Roux and his staff are amazing. They are all so kind, genuine and patient while very knowledgeable in this fast paced environment. Everyone does their jobs so well and efficiently that they make the perfect team making my experience top notch. Thank you for all that you do! Dr. Le Roux displayed little knowledge of my condition and was very dismissive. I only gave him a second star, because he referred me to someone else who did listen.

Dr. Le Rouxs office staff are the best. You always get an answer to your questions. Dr. L is a very busy surgeon. So be quick with your questions. Honestly I think you should put your questions on paper. I had mine on my phone and he told me to put my phone away. I feel he was concerned I was taping or taking pictures. I don’t know the results of my surgery because I’m not done rehab yet. I’m was pleased at how quickly he got me into surgery after my fall. Never waited a terrible amount of time for appointments so far.
