Dr. Andrew Tortorella - Dentistry in Niagara Falls

Recently started going here as a few friends recommended us to try Dr Tortorellas. My daughter had a baby tooth extracted and Andrew went over everything with her before he did it. He was kind gentle and made my daughter have trust in him. Also Ruby is very kind and supportive. Thanks for being so great.

My boys and I have been going to the Tortorella Dentistry in N/falls for a number of years now, and the experience is always top notch. The front desk receptionists are always very welcoming, ensuring that your schedules are accommodated with efficient follow-up reminders. I appreciate the relationship we have built with our dental hygienist, Mary, who takes such good care of all her patients. There is always an abundance of compassion, empathy and humour to alleviate stress. Whenever friends ask around for a ‘new dentist’, I highly recommend dr. Tortorella who pays attention to detail, has great interpersonal skills and treats my family with care. Thank you, team!

I have been going to this dentist office since I was a little girl. Once my dentist retired, I stayed with this office when Dr. Tortorella became the new dentist because the staff there is so amazing! To begin, I have never waited more than 5 minutes to get in for my appointment. Their scheduling is impeccable. I have a very hectic schedule and Janet (the receptionist) is always so accommodating with me whether it be rescheduling my appointment (which happens often!), calling me to remind me of my appointment and forgiving me if I forgot I even had an appointment (this happened once lol!). I usually have Mary as my dental hygienist but I am always open to using other ones as well. No matter if it is Mary or a newer one (I was there last week and had Katelyn), they are always so friendly and chatty, making sure I am comfortable and not in any pain at all. I always get asked what flavours I would prefer and do not get reprimanded for always forgetting to floss (I know I know it should be done!). At the end of every appointment, Dr. Tortorella comes in to do a check on my teeth and he is always very pleasant, asking me about my teaching career, how my other projects are going and taking his time to answer any questions I may have. If have to come back for additional work on my teeth with Dr. Tortorella, he is usually assisted by Andrea who is always so cheery, talkative and reassuring. The staff at this office is always professional yet they make you feel so comfortable that going to the dentist is not a pain but a pleasure. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a positive change in the way their teeth are cleaned. As you can tell, they treat all of their patients like family and I wouldn't go to any other dentist office in the city :)
