He takes extra time to listen to my issues which is so rare these days! 5 yrs I was in pain...thank you doctor! I'd give more if there were more starts!
View on GoogleI am writing this complaint with deep disappointment and concern regarding the disrespectful treatment my father received during his recent visit to your clinic. My father has been a loyal patient of Dr. Aman for over 5 years, and the behavior exhibited by the front receptionist has left us deeply dissatisfied with the level of care and respect provided at your establishment. During the visit, the receptionist not only made hurtful remarks, stating "don't ever come back here, you're done in this office," but she also displayed rude and dismissive behavior towards my 60-year-old father. Her attitude and lack of empathy were evident throughout the encounter. Such words and behavior are not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful, especially considering my father's longstanding association with Dr. Aman. Regardless of age, every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion when seeking medical care. Furthermore, my father displayed tremendous patience during the waiting period of over 3 weeks, despite facing serious job-related concerns during that time. To add to the distress, he had already paid the fee for the service he was seeking. His job was on the line, yet he remained patient and understanding throughout. As a cardiovascular clinic, I believe it is imperative to communicate with patients in a manner that demonstrates respect, care, and empathy. Unfortunately, the receptionist's rude and disrespectful behavior contradicts the compassionate approach that should be standard in a medical facility. I acknowledge that working in the medical field can be challenging, and some patients may present difficult situations. However, it is essential for all healthcare professionals, including receptionists, to maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with patients and their concerns, regardless of their age. My intention in filing this complaint is not to bring any harm to your clinic but rather to bring awareness to the need for improvement in how patients are treated by your staff. My father's well-being and job security were at stake, and he deserved the utmost respect and care. I hope that necessary actions will be taken to ensure that no other patient, regardless of age, has to endure such disrespectful treatment in the future.
View on GoogleI've been to see Dr Aman Mangat twice now and I am very happy to have him as my Cardio Doctor. He is through, asks many questions, listens to all questions you might have. His demeanor is very professional and kind.
