As a Realtor, I regularly have the opportunity to listen to comments from clients regarding their experience with the lawyers involved in their transaction. Recently, I heard fabulous feedback from my Sellers about their experience with Ryan Bonin and his assistant Parma; this was especially noteworthy since they happily accepted a file that some other lawyers in the area had shied away from. This company has been handling my child custody case for over a year. After taking my money they wouldn’t answer my calls out reply to my emails. Months later when I finally got a hold of someone I was told they filed the paperwork wrong and that they will send the forms the next day. It’s been over a week now. No call our email. I’m willing to come back and change this review if anything changes…will keep you updated but seems it’s a shady firm just looking for money grabs.

Ryan Bonnin is an amazing lawyer who works extremely hard for his clients. he helped me win my case and was supportive and kind through all of it. He eased every one of my worries the second they arose and was always willing to be more than available for any of my needs and to address all of my concerns. I recently found myself in a more than unfortunate situation requiring a very specific set of skills to deal with a very scary and traumatic time in my life. I pleaded my situation to every law firm in all of Niagara region and even extended my search to the Greater Toronto Area with no luck finding an individual to represent myself when I needed most. Ryan Bonin is the complete package. He's intelligent, honest, extremely competent, thorough and compassionate. A very understanding and straightforward lawyer, he has had our back all the way. My family have been through a very brief, though disturbing and harrowing experience with Public Guardian and Trustee with the added stress and worry of COVID. Ryan was extremely proficient at getting our documents approved through the court system in August as well as communicating with a very difficult person at Public Guardian and Trustee on our behalf.
