Thank you for the amazing service, I went to Donna's feeling anxious that I had to occasions in the near future that I needed dresses for. I can't stress enough how nice it was to shop in this store no pressure but absolutely amazing service, walked out with two perfect dresses. Thank you so much... remember people support local, there is nothing like it :)

Theresa....Godsend! Arrived at Donna's, I was rather a "lost cause"...Theresa was unpacking new shipment, greeted me....and then; the magic happened. Explained my "situation" and she went to "work", I arrived in sweats and left with bag full of high end, personally chosen pieces; also had the pleasure of meeting THE Donna as Theresa was performing her makeover. Very professional and yet so personable. Laughs I had. She taught me vocabulary..."monochromatic"; fashion; accessorizing; hair styling trick; oh and nutrition facts too. Was a totally enjoyable experience for someone that does not clothes shop and never boutique clothes shop. Wow. Just wow. I will return and what a fabulous first experience at Donna's. Visit. You will not be disappointed. Support local. Read prior reviews that lead me there....a total Grimsby gem.

I have been client of Donna’s for several years now and I must say that it is my favourite place to shop. The variety and quality of fashion is fantastic! The customer service and warm friendly environment of this boutique is unmatched ! A special thanks to Teresa for always making my visit a fun one. I needed a blazer for a special evening and I found the perfect one here! I had great help in trying to figure out my outfit for the night! I unfortunately didn't get the name of the wonderful lady who worked there that day but she was so helpful. And I received so many compliments on my blazer!! I will shop here again. Beautful and quality clothes.

I purchased a purse at Donna's Grimsby. First time using it, 3 of the 4 handles broke. Each handle was held with plastic rivets only...no sewing. I went to the store to talk about my disappointment. The clerk was on the phone. I waited. Nothing. I browsed and came back to the desk. Nothing. Finally she asked if I was in a mission. I said I wanted to talk about a purchase I was disappointed in. She said Donna is outside...talk to her. I go outside, and see no one. I see a vehicle with "Donna's" on the side but no one was there. I waited, walked and looked back in the store. Clerk still on phone so I left. I found 2 Facebook pages for Donna's..so I wrote them 2 Direct messages 3 weeks ago with no reply! I could have called them, but figured they had already demonstrated my business was not valued. I will never shop there again or recommend them. Oh, and another local business in Grimsby has sewn the straps back on for me/and charged me nothing. Thanks to them and they will receive my support.
