I'm so sorry to say,after multiple generations of My family using this home,browns.on multiple occasions. Seemed decent then. My own father died on the 11th of this month. The opposite has been applied to me. Myself being the 1st and primary executor to his last will and testaments have been unable since his death to receive a single phone call to allow me the information on where my father's remains are today. The secondary executor of his will has all this access. But Myself, his son whom is under severe strain and sadness can't even get a simple call from this home. Or any information regarding my father's passing and arrangements. And decisions made without my knowledge. The secondary executor whom I've applied legal responce to.has included this home,and they were and are not concerned with any of my messages. I will now offer browns as an accessory to the illegal behavior of the individual that prompted this action. And still so in awe how browns made a decision to not inform the son of anything in regards to his own father. I was just contacted by browns attorney. They filed a suit against me ,a grieving son that has been attempting to locate his father's remains. Instead of a single phone call. To me the executor of a will.my father's last will and testaments. Browns has decided to hurt me further after my decision to make an honest review on Google. Apparently my Google review after their failure was more important to them than myself and their responsibilities to me. Browns.i ask you for the final time. Where are my father's remains? Is almost a year later and this funeral home is still withholding my father's remains. Zero phonecalls. Only threats of legal. What funeral home does this to a son for a year awaiting his own father's remains?

The most heartbreaking day of our lives was burying my dad this past week. Julie and team couldn't have made the process more painless if they tried; I think if they could have held our grief for us they would have found a way. Organized, compassionate and there for us every single step of the way. What could have been a complicated funeral with my dad being honoured in the most special way, in his beloved hockey arena of Glanbrook, was absolutely one hundred percent from start to finish, flawless. People don't take the time to write good things but always find a way to complain. Emotions run high in these things, blended families, weather, logistics, and this funeral home ran things like a seamless operation, not one thing left for us to worry about. After the funeral, both my mom and I received a call from Julie to talk our feelings through. I've never reviewed a funeral home before, but how could I not share what wonderful people they are? My family cannot thank you enough and I understand why you have been in business for decades. Love, the Gaddye Family xo

We were so impressed with the care and compassion shown to us by Julie and the staff at Donald V. Brown funeral home. The atmosphere was warm and comforting and made a sad occasion easier for our family. We would definitely recommend this funeral home.

Spectacular staff who are very compassionate and sensitive towards their clients and their passed loved ones. My family and I have had both my Nana and Papa's funeral service here, and both services were beautiful. Nelson the funeral director in particular is a great person to work with in ensuring the visitation and funeral are beautiful and flow smoothly, and made things as easy as possible for my family and I.
