Domino's Pizza

I know it's a franchise but the food rarly disappoints. We got the thin crust, it's thin but perfect doesn't feel heavy after consuming. And I always love the build your pasta bowls along with the cinnamon bites. Amazing. Always have awesome coupons and being able to place orders online makes it all the better.

I ordered online Monday, January 19 and paid by credit card at delivery. Unfortunately the machine used to accept payment died so payment did not go through. I was skeptical (with all the scams happening everywhere) as I had to pay again. Everything is fine and I was not double charged and the pizza was delicious. To Abdul, the delivery driver, you deserved the 20$ tip my friend. You were gracious and kind. Thank you for handling my skepticism that way. And thank you for calling me to make sure everything was fine! You went above and beyond and I appreciate you for that. I will definitely be ordering from Domino’s again and may even request you for delivery. Thank you Abdul and blessings to you and your family

Dominos can get a bad rep depending on where you get it from. Sometimes it’s cause of the owner, sometimes it’s cause of the staff. This location in my opinion is hands down the best in the region. In the course of a year I’ve received the best service in the form of staff interactions and top tier food. The wait time is nonexistent even on a busy night and the quality never slips

Been ordering from here for almost a decade. Can honestly say I've never had a bad pizza from here. The delivery drivers are always extremely nice as well. Pizza always comes hot, not overly greasy. The workers deserve all the praise for always going above and beyond.

Beware of them taking their anger out on the food you ordered, due to THEIR MISTAKES!!! I ordered from the Niagara Street Domino’s in Welland and had a frustrating experience. I ordered two medium pizzas with the mix-and-match deal. One pizza was correct (homemade pan), but the other—Brooklyn style with pepperoni, pineapple, chili flakes, and garlic seasoning—was completely wrong. It came with ham (which I never ordered), and there were no chili flakes or garlic seasoning. When I called at 10:32 PM, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and argumentative, insisting my order was confirmed correctly, even though it wasn’t. They took my feedback as a personal insult. I agreed to return the incorrect pizza, but their snappy and disrespectful tone was uncalled for. The delivery driver was fantastic—10/10 for being respectful and apologetic. However, when the replacement pizza arrived, it was still wrong. It wasn’t homemade pan, and it had an excessive amount of chili flakes, almost like it was done out of spite. When I called back, they rudely said they don’t make homemade pan pizzas and told me to “do whatever I wanted.” I’m extremely disappointed with the staff’s attitude, but the driver deserves recognition for their professionalism. Their anger should not be taken out on your food, I really cannot trust that they didn’t do something worse like spit in my food on top of what they’ve already done to this pizza
