Domino's Pizza

I had a very bad experience at this store. I was seeing an ad for free medium pizza under my deals. When I ordered it, and went to collect it. They told me that it is only for some customers and not for me. This is a complete trap and cheating with customers. Very disappointed with this service especially trapping customers. Horrible !

I came in for two medium pizzas and cheesy bread. The app said 10 to 20 minutes I showed up and the computer screen said 7 more minutes. I continued to wait another 25 minutes, just for my pizza to be made incorrectly. They told me the reason why I waited long was because someone else took my pizza. On top of that my first pizza sat the whole time and was cold. If I were anybody, I’d stick to the Martindale dominos never had problems there. Terrible service !!

Today I ordered my "free pizza" from the Niagara St location. Yes, I was skeptical too however Domino's treated their return customers with a FREE medium 2 item pizza when we feel that we needed it the most and today I certainly did. I have to add that today my pizza was perfection for the first time. Kevin was the expert pizza maker today and may I add that I hope he's working every time I order a pizza!! It was made to my exact specifications and baked perfectly!! Thank you Kevin, you made my day!!

Ordered a large pizza and cinnamon sticks. The pizza was cold, dry and stale. It must have been sitting for hours because it wasn’t even close to fresh. I ate half of a pieceThe cinnamon sticks were not much better. Will never order from them again.

Ordered an XL. Was in a rush didn't open the box to check. When I got home I was in shock the amount of crust which I ordered regular crust. Only two bites on each slice and rest is crust. It was like a small pizza with hugeee crust around it.
