Domino's Pizza

Veg pizza was attentionally over loaded with olives. Sounded ignorant when asked and was told by the store owner that I never asked for light olives.

Rick went above and beyond to ensure my order was delivered in a safe and timely manner, he was extremely polite and respectful when making the delivery. Rick is an excellent example of an individual who cares about their work. Great pizza!

I had a really frustrating experience with this location. I work close to the border (but not at the border), and I placed an order to a nearby parking lot near my workplace. The address was accepted, the order went through, and the store made the pizza and sent it out for delivery. The driver got literally one minute away from the delivery location, then marked the order as “complete”—but I hadn’t received anything. I called the store, and they told me the driver had forgotten the dipping sauce and had gone all the way back to the store to get it. That already didn’t make much sense. Then, not long after, I received a call from the store telling me that they don’t deliver to the address I had used. That was confusing and frustrating—especially because they had already accepted the order, made the food, and sent a driver almost all the way there. If the address was out of the delivery area, that should’ve been flagged right away—not after the pizza was made and almost delivered. It was a huge waste of time and left me without lunch during a busy workday. I’ve ordered from many Domino’s locations without issues, but this experience really missed the mark. I hope this store can take a closer look at how their system handles delivery zones and communication.

We ordered pizza & wings. For $10, we got 8 of the smallest wings I have ever seen. They tasted like they were reheated, not fresh. Showing a pen in photo for reference. The pizza was ok. Very disappointed, will not be ordering again. Also, it was take-out and we picked up and the person at the counter asked for a tip. The tip option starts at 15%.

Best pizzas in NOTL. I like their pizzas and service. This Domino's outlet is generally very good. However, occasionally they burn my thin crust from the edges. I wish they could improve their quality check.
