Domino's Pizza

Thank you to Domino's Pizza in Beamsville who went above and beyond for our Palentine's Day event at Cherry Hill. The pizzas were delicious, hot and loaded with toppings as we ordered three different kinds and twenty five of them! The service was excellent, and delivered on time by a very courteous young man. We also took advantage of the Valentine's Day special offered by Domino's and we could not be more appreciative of the extra parmesan bites as well as plates and napkins provided. Thank you again to Domino's in Beamsville. Our community thoroughly enjoyed our evening!

The past 2-3 times we have ordered the service has been average. 1 time the pizza took about and hour and 1/2 to arrive despite the app saying 25 minutes. Another time Our order was delivered arrived missing toppings, when we called to correct it we were transferred to 3 different people each one I had to re-explain why I was calling. Each one looked up my order and couldn't find it.claiming that I never ordered from them. I then had to screenshot the order confirmation and send it to the guys cell . And Then wait an hour for them to call me back at which point he offered me two free pizzas on my next order. then on my next order a week or so later I tried to claim those two pizzas. I was then told we only have one free pizza on file. I then how to speak to two different people again explaining my concern. It has been very frustrating dealing with Beamsville Domino's. I believe they changed ownership and they are not as good anymore in service.

I'd give zero stars if I could! Garbage! Update NOV 23, 2025 I cannot walk, had gotten out of the ER yesterday and can't cook for myself. I ordered the apparently "free emergency pizza" from the Beamsville Domino's. Firstly, it's not free exactly. Delivery charges are applied of course. However you ALSO have to create an order that is more than $$$ twelve dollars, to even QUALIFY for delivery? Delivery to my house, which is 6 mins from this Domino's, if that? Is over $4.00. I had ordered through their app, for 530 pm. It was 130-2 pm when I ordered initially on the app. At around 230, I wasn't feeling well as I am on heavy antibiotics, pain meds, etc. So I called the store and cancelled the order. No one said a thing to me. Today? I am feeling better, and not too tired to eat. So I went back into the app to order the exact same thing. And? I had 20 loyalty points, which I applied to the order, for a coke for free. I go into the app? My points and the ability to order the emergency pizza are both gone. I called the store? The guy tells me sorry, the app has nothing to do with them. I asked him, then why don't they don't tell you that? And WHY didn't anyone mention that when I called the store to cancel the order? The app NOR the store rep, told me a single thing. It doesn't show a "policy" anywhere as, this guy on the phone just said to me now? He didn't offer me a thing either. I'm a decent dominos customer who orders from here often. I am done! And will tell everyone in town, and the surrounding towns? The same thing, and what a bad experience this has been. Especially with my circumstances and not being able to cook for myself right now. I will never return now. This dominos ALREADY owes me a free pizza from months ago, due to bad quality pizza, which one of your reps told me on the phone, that I had to come to the store to get it? So this tops it!? I'm am equally pissed off, as I am disappointed. I thought the owner Raj seemed to be nice however, certain employees are questionable, so I am not certain why he wouldn't be aware of such things happening under his Supervision. I'll stick to our hometown restaurants, as I normally do but wanted to give this business a chance, and had grown to be a fairly frequent Domino's customer. Not anymore though.

The food here is consistently yummy! Toppings are well balanced, dough is heaven! Sauce authentic. ! Im sorry to day i can almost eat a whole.large philly pizza myself, so good I can't stop.

UPDATED* I've eaten at many Domino's. I must say, this location makes the best pan pizza! Right thickness and cooking time and always tastes delicious! Unfortunately I have had to do a new review as I ordered this evening during bad weather and picked up my order and came home to find the Spicy Jalapeño Pineapple chicken which lacked toppings and was very dry. I called to speak with someone about it and was greeted with an attitude letting me know it was made properl, then the person began arguing with me. I've ordered this item quite a few times and knew this is not how it is made. I let them know I took photos and offered to send although they wanted me to send it to their personal phone?!?!? Unprofessional! The pizza I ordered was great!
