Dollars and Sense

They messed up my income tax and I now end up having to pay almost 2 grand back! When I emailed them they told me they were going to look into it. I emailed them multiple times asking if they found anything and finally got an email back to say they were going to look into it more. It has now been over a month and they have not replied to me. Do not go here! It was the biggest mistake as I now owe a ton of money for a year that I barely worked because I was on maternity leave. I will never ever take my taxes here again. I am not one to leave comments like this but when I havent had a reply in over a month I feel as though they just don't care. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

Aaron has done my taxes for a few years now and has also done some consulting for me on personal bookkeeping. He has always been thorough and got us a great return. I had to reach out to him a couple of times for information and he maintained communication.
