Bought matches for a science experiment and multiple matches were missing heads very disappointed in dollar tree

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this store. The blonde hair woman / associate who assisted me was very unprofessional while the young cashier was very polite and nice . Her appearance was noticeably unkempt, and her attitude toward me felt hostile and inappropriate definitely felt like a racist . The way she spoke to me came across as dismissive and biased, which made me feel extremely unwelcome. Customer service should be respectful and inclusive, but that was not the case here. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I will not be returning.

Unbelievable customer service. I went to pay, the cashier did not even acknowledge me with a hello absolutely nothing. She told me the amount. I used my debit, I said thank you, she did not respond with a your welcome, nothing! Don't recommend this location unless you enjoy being treated like you do not exist!

The workers are amazing but they have had no heat since Monday and no idea when it will be fixed. It was freezing in there today my hands are still very cold. Didn't brooze like I usually do way to cold

The manager at this location is fantastic and so helpful. I pick up items in bulk and usually call to see if they are in stock and to put them on hold etc. every time I go to pick up the items usually glassware it is packaged/wrapped and waiting for me. I come from Niagara Falls just to shop at this store bc of the customer service.
