Dollar Tree

This store sells too many expired or almost expiring snacks/chocolates/drinks! Very disappointed that I couldn’t buy those things

This store actually has more than the one at the other end of town. I found the staff here to be very friendly and store clean and well laid out. I was hoping to buy a Christmas hand towel and it's actually nicer and of better quality than some of the ones I bought at big box stores for a fraction of the cost. We also ended up buying disposable plates and cups and they were so pretty and withstood an entire luncheon. The store was tidy and laid out so I can find everything I needed. The location is also very close to where we live which is very handy.

I visited Dollar Tree today and had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier, Vivian. While I may have overlooked it the first time, this visit was completely unacceptable. Vivian was rude and displayed zero customer service. I hope management addresses this, as it made my shopping experience very uncomfortable.

I go to dollar tree around 3-4 times a week and this is the worst experience ever. I walked in asking for balloons and Emily ( The manager ) and some other lady was working at the cash register. I asked for the balloons very politely and Emily and the lady said ( wait until I finish the line of these people ).There was 3 people in line at the time. They said “ After this line I will get to you “. I waited patiently and 20 people came to this line. There was also a baby ( 3 years old ) waiting in the car. So after around ten people I asked the lady for the balloons. I overheard Emily and the lady say “ Oh there she comes again to bother us “. This is very unprofessional and I hope this attitude will be fixed. I will never ever shop here again. I told my mother to call in and complain and Emily hung up on us very rudely. My dollar tree trip today took approximately 30 minutes. Do not shop at this place.

New Dollar Tree in southern Niagara Falls. Large selection of goods and store was setup nicely. Wide isles and large checkout section made the store feel comfortable. My only comment is that there wasn’t enough price points displayed. I didn’t know how much my actual items were going to cost - yes, I know it’s dollar tree - but many other sections were lacking pricing. The staff were helpful when checking out. Lots of parking.
