I’ve noticed a big improvement at Dollar Tree over the last couple of months! The store looks much cleaner and more organized, and the shelves are well stocked compared to before. The new items and seasonal products are great additions too. The staff seem friendlier and quicker at the checkout. Overall, the store has really stepped up — it’s nice to see these changes!

FYI DOUBLE CHECK THE PRICES ON THE ITEM & YOUR RECEIPT!! The shady pricing is really starting to become an issue here. I noticed yesterday that the bear paws were two different prices for the identical flavor & size! The newer shipment sitting out in the middle of the front area were $2 but the ones on the regular shelves were $3. If you look at the picture I'm posting with this, you will see that they are exactly the same except the expiry dates. The box that expires sooner is the one from the regular shelf in the back. There was other flavors in the back and they were all $3 as well and in the front where I found the $2 box of banana bear paws there was also other flavors for $2. I don't understand how the newer shipment has a lower price unless they realize that they had them overpriced to begin with, considering they are only $4 at Walmart full price but they are usually on sale for only $2 to $2.50. This is not the only thing I've noticed. I've been charged the wrong price compared to the sticker and/or shelf labels. I've also even seen them put price stickers on top a previous sticker to increase the price on other products! I've seen multiple posts on social media of email exchange between a customer and head office for dollar tree and Dollarama, both companies say that stores are not supposed to do this because they would have paid a certain price at the time that shipment came in and the sticker price that is put on there is the price and can only be decreased but definitely cannot be increased! If they keep doing this, they are going to end up with a class action lawsuit against them! I used to love this dollar store but things like this are kind of ruining it! I want to be able to cash out and trust that I'm being charged the correct price and not have to question every item on my bill did, especially since their receipts are harder to read than others. I also think that their prices have gone up way too much. We are in Canada and most of these products are from China. So I don't understand why they are still shipping through the US instead of going directly to the source instead of making the customers pay the tariffs on everything!! Everything in the store is more expensive at dollar tree than regular stores like Walmart, grocery stores and expensive if we go online and get it ourselves! Just saying! 🤷🏼‍♀️

I know this location has always had issues but the cleanliness has no standards. Broom? Mop? Anything? Ever? You sell them. Use them. Why is it beyond employees to have manners when taking my money? No, "hi, bye, please, thank you, have a good day" ? Zero personality. Zero eye contact. Zero, " I'll take you over on this register" just a blank stare like I'm to read her mind even after I ask which register would you like me at? You give me the total amount "25 dollar". Not," that's $25 dollars, please...thank you". Training people? Train them that good customer service creates future customers. Good customer service creates jobs and revenue for your store to continue operating!!

I had a pleasant experience here today. The store is a bit older but the young fella at the cashier named lazar I hope I spelt it correctly was very helpful and extremely polite. I would return again.
