I can't express enough gratitude to Dr. Aziz and his incredible team for saving my Bella during a critical time. Bella, who was pregnant with 5 beautiful puppies, developed major kidney stones, and the risks were immense. Dr. Aziz was honest and transparent about the challenges but reassured us every step of the way. They went above and beyond, staying after hours to perform not just one, but THREE emergency surgeries to save her life and the puppies'. The level of care and dedication shown by the entire team was unmatched. They not only saved our fur family but also provided us with invaluable advice for Bella’s recovery and the care of the puppies. I will trust Dr. Aziz and his team with all my fur babies from now on. I can never thank them enough for everything they’ve done.

Dog and Cat Clinic has provided the most incredible, empathetic care to our pets over many years. They have assisted our senior cat Pancake through two medical emergencies that not only saved his life, but preserved the quality of life he still lives. We would travel from anywhere to ensure Pancake receives the quality care and love he deserves, and we are so thankful that place is at the Dog and Cat Clinic !

I would like to share what an amazing experience I had with both Dr. Haidy and Dr. Aziz. Dr. Haidy first looked at my little French bulldog Timothy and assessed him and highly recommended the surgery to open up his airways so he can breathe better. She did so with love and care and Show pictures of where Timothy was at on a scale of very poor to good as far his his breathing passages. He was at very poor. Dr. Aziz performed the surgery within a week. The Clinic checked in with me during the day of Timothy’s Surgery to reassure me that he was happy and the next patient to go. Dr. Aziz looked after Timothy and when I came to pick him up in the evening, he took the time to explain the procedure itself what to expect and information about the medication‘s, that had to come home with him. I cannot say enough about the positive experience that I received. Surgery especially for a little three-year-old French bulldod, It was very emotional for me, but Dr. Haidy, Dr. Aziz, and all of the staff made the day so much less stressful. Thank you.. We are now five days past surgery and Timothy is breathing so much better.🙏

Our sweet Daisy needed emergency surgery yesterday and Dr Karim Aziz went way over and above to save my pup. He went over all the xrays with me and explained every single detail before surgery. He then stayed late with his vet techs to finish her surgery and ensure she was perfectly ok. All the staff were so loving and caring. Even when I called alot to check on her I was treated with kindness. Daisy's vet tech ( I cant remember his name) was so knowledgeable and answered any questions and treated her so good. Dr Aziz and the entire team at the Dog and Cat Clinic of Niagara come with my highest recommendation. When our dog Tesla was diagnosed with cancer and needed a leg amputation just before her fifth birthday, many clinics would have declined. From our first conversation Dr Aziz’s confidence and genuine concern put us at ease and made us trust his expertise completely. During Tesla’s X-rays the veterinary technicians went the extra mile by completing the imaging without sedation. This choice spared her unnecessary stress and saved us hundreds of dollars, which showed that their priority is always the animal’s comfort and not profit. That level of thoughtful care gave us the confidence to proceed with the surgery. When I mentioned Tesla’s upcoming birthday party on May 13, Dr Aziz immediately cleared his schedule and offered to perform the surgery that very day, even staying late to make it happen. Having two full weeks for recovery allowed us to celebrate her birthday without worry and meant the world to our family. Throughout her recovery the technicians and administrative staff checked in daily to review photos, answer every question about wound care, mobility support and behaviour adjustments, and even arranged a complimentary follow-up consultation. Their ongoing support ensured Tesla healed quickly and happily. Thanks to Dr Aziz’s collaborative, animal-centered approach and the team’s high quality, accessible and equitable care, Tesla is now more joyful than ever. We will always be grateful for the compassion and expertise that turned a very difficult time into a period of hope and comfort.
