docbraces St. Catharines

Very friendly staff and does great work. Had to go back years later after having braces to fix my permanent wire and they fixed it in a promptly manner with care. Would recommend them to anyone!

As an owner of a healthcare clinic my expectations of patient experience in a clinic are extremely high. Doc Braces was fantastic right from walking in the door. The admin team who worked with us (Candice, Mary and Sophia) were pleasant, professional, welcoming and cheerful. They are the face of the facility and they knocked it out of the park. Dr A spoke to my daughter with kindness and empathy. He was professional, upfront and honest about my daughter's situation and expectations for outcomes. Our experience so far has been great!!
