DKI - Miller

They just finished a job restoring my basement from a flood. Everthing was great from the first day when the account manager showed up to look at things, to the project manager who oversaw the work and took care of scheduling, to the person who did the work and to the crew who laid down the protective materials and then came back to do a great cleaning job. Very good and professional. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely regret using you guys for project management and restoration. From the ungodly amount of time it took to the lack of direction from the project manager continuing on to the project manager not knowing how to fulfill his job description and during his multiple walks he constantly missed poor workmanship and overall dissatisfaction expressed by my wife. I tried to stay out of it but it's gone to far and I feel like you guys not only wasted our time but overcharged for the work provided. It's been well over 5 months and if i would have known it was gonna take this long to begin with i would have just done the work myself and completed it correctly. Examples are almost every piece of trim has nail holes in that were never filled or primed or painted, to garbage cuts on corners and tile. To trim gaps not caulked. Truly disgusting work performed and the expectation that we should be thankful for the poor work done. Time after time my wife took time off to only have appointments canceled and delayed. You guys have no idea how to manage projects and the work that should be done to make a couple feel comfortable and happy with the work. While I won't go as far as putting a sign up outside your business I will absolutely make sure that I let any friends or family or anyone who asks for recommendations on social media platforms to avoid you at all costs for any work outside of the abatement process. While it's customary to end with some type of salutation that is not happening here. Gord

I can't say enough good things about DKI Miller, we had such a good experience with them. We called our insurance company and that same evening DKI Miller was out here to start the process. Everyone we encountered from their team was kind and professional. Everything was so hands off for us, we didn't have to do a thing. They made this process so easy and pain-free. I would highly recommend their services.

I’m currently undergoing remediation for a finished basement hot water tank leak and I can’t say enough about: Marcus who was on the job as soon as contacted; those who came to pack, demolish, clean and dry; the office who called to schedule specialists; and those same specialists who came. All were efficient, prompt, and courteous. The rebuild with DKI - Miller subcontractors is yet to come. What I can say is that the experience I’ve had with this company and its people has made me feel better about a rather unhappy occurrence. KUDOS.

My mom's house flooded recently and they did an amazing job. It looks absolutely beautiful. They were very kind and explained everything they were doing. The guy David that works for them was kind and I was amazed that he took the time to explain everything that was being done. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
