Sam (girl) Does her job very well, makes the environment enjoyable and fun. Plus she sing once In awhile and is very good at it. Overall, 5$ after 11pm weekends and semi spacious 100 people max, 24/7 karaoke. Safe and fun!

Got served by female Sam, she got my drinks quick and fast. An excellent bartender and person. Definitely recommend going . The ginger server is definitely the best

Great food with fair price for portions. Friendly staff. Fast kitchen. Like the interior design and decor. Clean facility and washrooms. Weekends can be pretty busy at night. It is a popular spot for nightlife. DJs and live music on certain nights. Game nights seen here from time to time. Keep on eye out for weekly promotions for food and drinks. Paid street, lot and garage parking nearby. Time limited parking a short walk away. Free WiFi. No credit card surcharge.

This is the best karaoke bar in the whole Niagara Peninsula. It also has a good drink selection, reasonable prices, and excellent staff. Go here if you want to sing, drink, listen to others sing, or some combination of the three.

I went on a night out with my friends, and was quickly discouraged and made uncomfortable by a bartender, she was a women and ginger. I went up to order 2 drinks and 2 shots after i ordered the drinks she quickly ran to make them and i didn’t have a chance to order my shots. So when she came back I said “i’m so sorry am i also able to get 2 shots” which she then rolled her eyes and asked me if that was everything now. Made me feel very upset, and yet i still tipped, you never know someone might just be having a bad night! I then was explaining to my friends next to me what had happened, when she interjects herself and says “didn’t think it was that big of a deal”, now she’s making problems for no reason. I then got all my friends and we left, spoke to what looked to be the bouncer but also said he is the manager who explained she’s usually like this and many people have complained! If you can’t work in the customer service industry don’t! Simple as that. Will not be returning as long as she is employed there, plenty of other places to go anyway. This is my reply! Because it won’t let me reply to your response. I feel as though your response discarded everything I said to be honest. When I arrived there and when I left does not matter, and if i’m new to bars also does not matter! I was extremely nice to the bartender, i work in customer service I understand. Even when she was rude I still attempted to try and be nice, as i said in my review you never know what is happening! She attempted to escalate the situation by intervening with me and my friends conversation! I’m glad you are aware I will find my place and the bars I will attend, because the way this was handled this won’t be one of them! Apparently the specific bartender I had issues with has had many issues before! That was actually said by one of your other employees. Thank you for your response although with all the writing not much actual meaningful information came out of it!
