I really like their selection and have purchased a lot of stylish and functional lighting which I took with me when I moved, mainly because I liked these pieces so much. More importantly, the owners and employee care. I have had lamps I have purchased elsewhere expertly repaired here and the electrician// owner has come to my home to repair work done by others. If you want fairness and value for your money when it comes to lighting and décor, this is the place. I searched them out when I discovered they moved locations!
View on GoogleI ordered lights on Nov 24, 2015 and finally received the lights Jan 29, 2016.... over two months of waiting. During this time i was constantly lied to as i was told countless times the lights are on or should be on the next truck and will be here next week. Then i was told well the factory closes at Christmas??? not sure what this has to do with anything as i ordered the lights Nov 24 which is one month prior to Christmas. Then I heard well we dont order lights until we get a large enough order as we will not just ship two lights. Then i was told when i finally picked up the lights well you werent the only customer who had to wait 2 months for their lights. And i was told well we will tell our customers in the future that the lights will take a month for delivery.......ummmm i waited over 2 months why dont you just tell the customer 2 months??? Unbelievable. So beware shop at your own risk.... It sounds like alot of excuses from the store. Oh and what i thought was most interesting was when the lights finally came in there was a shipping label that stated it was shipped Jan 5/16. Isn't it interesting that i was told in Dec that they should be here next week??? I guess they finally got a large enough order in Jan to ship my lights. Helpful tip for customers.....shop for lights on the Internet and just have them shipped to your house....no point paying a premium to buy them at a store with minimal customer service. Oh in fairness to the store I should say they did offer 25% off the purchase which I thought was a little low due to the large mark up on the lights.
