Flooring dreams achieved. We absolutely love our new floors and tiled bathrooms. The hardwood throughout has brought the perfect warmth to our home’s design, while the tile in the bathrooms has elevated the entire space. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond. Carolyn ensured the details around our selections were considered, and Russell's exceptional communication, customer service, and follow-up made the entire process seamless. We also appreciated John, Evan, and Rick for their meticulous work on the installation and final touches.

Excellent service and selections! We were overwhelmed with the amount of ideas and products on the market available to us, but the staff at Carpet One helped us sift through mountain of choices by eliminating the the products that didn't fit our application and lifestyle. They were great from start to finish! We are very pleased with our installation and are enjoying our new bathroom they completed for us.

NOT a reputable or professional company. Please do not trust your flooring purchase to this company. Had the salesperson come out for measurements to quote the job- with and without installation. Ordered material based on SALESPERSONS measurements and ordered and paid for material while shopping around for installer prices. Found an excellent installer for 1000$ less than Carpet One’s installation measurement. When my installer arrived to do the job he noted that they had ordered me DOUBLE of what was actually needed for my carpet runner. Called and spoke to salesperson, who was kind and processional, but was unable to get the owner JOHN to take responsibility as a business for their mistake. I offered reasonably to pay a restocking fee as I had a COMPLETE ROLL left (unwrapped) . I was told that because they did not do the install they would not allow me to return the product. So essentially they tried to cheat me by overcharging about 1000$ in installation fees and then succeeded in cheating me by ordering double the amount of what I needed and refusing to take it back - even with a restocking fee option- despite the fact that it was THEIR measurement error. Truly unprofessional and very shady! Buyer beware!
