Gutted at the experience we received, originally filed a tax return and they had made an error in which we had been said to owe the CRA, this was fixed they told us by filing an amendment. We were told by them that the amendment could take a few months. Forward 8 months later and paying the cra monthly for error we were told a re-filling was never sent from desys. There has been no information from desys and they have done nothing about this situation.

I have been a customer of Sandy's and Gary's for over ten years. I give very high praise for the work they have always done for me on my taxes. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be very sad when they retire but I am looking forward to a long relationship with thier son J.T. I have no doubt that if he has the same personality as his parents and knowledge.
