Designer Nails Port Colborne

We had an appointment for 4 people at 4pm and nobody was available when we arrived, and it took quite a while for them to see all of us. Two of us were still waiting when two more people came in. I knew immidiately after that we were going to be rushed, especially since it sounded like they were regulars. I showed the design i wanted, he said he couldn't do it. I said that was fine, and to just do somthing simplified with the same vibes, he didn't do any design at all, just the tips. The colour was supposed to be a metalic gold but he used this cheap dull sparkle colour which made the tips of my finger look dirty. It looked sloppy as well. I was really unhappy with how it looked but I didn't care to complain until 5 days later when the first nail polish completely fell off in one chunk. Now, another 2 days later, I can see that they are all falling off. I dont have a lot of experince at nail salons but I'm pretty sure they should last more than a few days. Either they rushed the prep so it didn't stick, or the quality of polish is bad. Either way, I won't go back and I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone.

Excellent pedicure. Professionally removed in grown hangnail and excess calluses. Wonderful, hot stones and chair massage.👍

I trust lisa with my life. If you are getting nails or eyebrows waxed ask for Lisa! 10/10 Salon is clean and tidy, the supplies,floors,furniture everything is cleaned and sterile after each service.

I’ve been to multiple nail salons and most of them are quick to get clients nails done so they can move on to the next but here they take their time and make sure their clients are happy during the entire process definitely happy with how my nails turned out

My first time here, usually I would make the commute to my nail saloon since I moved to port Colborne but I decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews. I was really nervous cause I had a ingrown toe nail, hence why I usually make the commute to my place, and they were so great! They could see I was in pain and they worked so gently on my toe. My toe is feeling great now (thank gosh) and they did an amazing pedicure. I got bio gel nails done, and they did a great job on them too. They are even all around. Over all great place and will definitely be coming back! Prices are great. My nails took a little longer, and we went past closing. I apologized and they were very understanding! So happy with this place! 10/10 recommend
