Our whole family would like to express our sincerest gratitude to this dental clinic. From the dentist and hygienist to the two warm receptionists, everyone provided us with tremendous help and care, making us feel warm and at ease. First and foremost, we would like to express our special thanks to our dentist, Dr. Cheema. When my husband came for treatment due to dental problems, Dr. Cheema patiently and meticulously provided a great deal of professional advice. During the treatment, he successfully and safely extracted the problematic tooth, allowing him to recover very well. Our whole family is deeply grateful. Because our English is not very good, he patiently explained each step using Google Translate so that we could fully understand the treatment. This thoughtfulness and dedication touched us deeply. Furthermore, we would like to especially thank our hygienist, Li Ping. Her skillful technique, gentle movements, and warm attitude, coupled with her bilingual (Chinese and English) communication, made things completely stress-free and language-free for us patients with limited language skills. Her patient explanations and detailed instructions made me feel very reassured. Finally, we would also like to thank the two lovely receptionists. They were always smiling and incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything from appointments and registration to explaining procedures, making every visit to the clinic a pleasant and relaxing experience. Thank you all so much for providing us with such a professional, caring, and friendly medical team. Our whole family will remember your help and sincerely recommend you to others.

A glowing recommendation from me. Five stars. I have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience getting an emergency root canal. (And how many times can you say that with a straight face?) I would recommend them to anyone who needs dental care, any day of the week. I've had bad experiences in the past, with rude and unprofessional dentists who don't like working with ODSP, but the staff of Dentistry on King are kind, accommodating and professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure the process is as quick, comfortable and painless as possible, while still making sure it's done right before you leave. The facilities are very clean and up-to-date, and they cover parking if you don't happen to find a spot onsite. (Ignore the obvious karen's review, claiming they "take advantage of people on ODSP," which is absolute nonsense, because they didn't want a root canal, and ODSP only covers basic procedures. Nothing they said is accurate or true, and if you actually read all of it, they quickly out themselves as the clear problem with the situation. I'm on ODSP, and in *no way* was I "taken advantage of." The receptionist actually helped me apply for the new government dental plan on the spot, for a crown that wasn't covered by ODSP.)

My experience at this dentist office was truly outstanding. During my cleaning and basic check, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was at comfortable ease. The hygienist was meticulous, and the dentist took time to answer all my questions. The office itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. I left feeling confident and well cared for—definitely a top-notch service!

Dr Cheema and his team are fantastic. I’ve had bad dental anxiety which has led to some problems under previous fillings. I was very nervous to get it fixed and expressed that multiple times. Him and his team were so compassionate and kind. They took their time with me and he was able to fix my tooth without any pain. Highly recommend switching to him and his team - he will take care of you.
