Had a great time last week at this location everyone was so helpful and explained how the different games work .Cel was the caller that evening and was very pleasant spoke clear and called a decent speed. By far one of the best callers we have had compared to other halls ! .Also want to acknowledge Corey as well was very helpful from the min we walked in and checked up on us throughout the session great experience .Will diffently be back

I attended the late nite bingo with a girlfriend of mine to celebrate Valentine’s Day,& I have to say that it is run very well very professionally & so clean, & very easy to learn, I normally would play in Hamilton, but I prefer St Catherine s👍 What did not sit well with me is, some of the other players that were at our table ,or I should say one woman in particular, who gave my friend a dirty look because she sat there, & that lady was saving two spots, but only one was occupied, what upsets me is that my friend was doing me a favour because I have severe mobility issues & I did not have any devices to help me walk, but this table was close to the bathroom & shorter distance to the doors to leave. My message to the lady that started this little scrap, is to at least be conscientious about the needs of others, I don’t really get out at all it was actually my first thine in the new year & my friend did it to benefit me, & get out & get fresh air, I don’t understand why people have to be rude😡 Delta had nothing to do with it, but apparently this lady starts it if anyone sits at this table:( I am almost that if u do not own the table, I am sure anyone who arrives to sit there may sit there, I felt so bad for my friend , because, then a manager came over to see what the problem was & it did not have to get that far:( But other than this incident, I was very pleased & happy attending it we also got a free dabber so that was nice❤️👍

My mom, daughter and I went last week to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. It had been over 10 years since my mom and I played and it was my daughter's first time. Jacqueline was AMAZING! She was so helpful going through everything with us while purchasing our cards as well as checking up on us throughout the session. She even had the caller do a shout out for my mom's birthday! What a great experience it was!!! We can't wait to go back!

My wife and I were celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary and decided to go to play bingo. Let me say we had the best time. Right from the start the 2 gentleman at the front were great. Honestly, I have trouble with names but we remembered theirs- Chel and Corey. They walked us through how it worked and checked up on us throughout the night. They seem to know everyone as they had micro-chats, as my wife calls them, with all the customers throughout the hall. They were friendly and personable. To be fair, all the staff we encountered were. We just wanted to say how thankful we were and cannot wait to come back. We had a blast!

A nice change of bingo from BC. They have computer and paper, the regular pack includes most of the specials. You can buy paper packs for 27 or max cards on computer for 65. Pretty exciting, lots of specials! Casino is right in the same building if you want to play during the break. They also have an eatery, very decent prices. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!
