Delta Bingo & Gaming

It’s pretty disappointing, if you pay attention to the people calling out bingo, you will find it’s all the people that use the computers. No one with the books win. So if you’re looking to win you need to spend more money to get the machine and not a book!!!! I wish I would have known before, I guess I’ll have to go to Fort Erie bingo and let all my bingo friends know about Niagara so they go to Fort Erie instead of donating to Niagara because that all the book people do is donate.

Delta Bingo St. Catharines desperately needs a full reset. There’s too much management and not enough actual staff doing the work that keeps the place running. The turnover rate is sky-high, and you constantly hear about staff being unhappy or stretched thin. It’s no surprise—leadership feels lackluster, disconnected, and incapable of building a healthy workplace culture. On top of that, the uncleanliness of the facility is becoming impossible to ignore. Floors, tables, and common areas often look like they haven’t been given proper attention, which only adds to the declining experience. The only bright spots here are Corey, Kaster, Kaitlin, and Liz. They’re the ones who consistently show professionalism and genuine effort. Delta is extremely lucky to have them. Until management gets serious about staffing, cleanliness, and actual operations, the customer experience will continue to suffer.

My go to spot to take care if my BIBGO itch! Barely win but love the atmosphere and very friendly workers, canteen could drop their prices a few dollars 💸 but I'll keep coming back, thank you Delta Gaming !

Great place, not too expensive to play. Great food and very reasonably priced! Can have a fun day without breaking the bank!!! Super friendly staff, always ready to help if you need it

Always have such a great time at Delta Bingo in Niagara Falls! The atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and well run. I want to give a special shoutout to Chris (Christopher James) — he’s such a genuinely nice guy. Always friendly, helpful, and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is having a good time. His kindness and professionalism really make the experience stand out. Highly recommend Delta Bingo for a fun night out, and huge thanks to Chris (Christopher James) for making it even better!
