they dont answer phone

It took 7 hours to clear a load and multiple phone calls to get them to work. After 7 hours I found out that entered the wrong number on their end.

Had an appointment to meet with the Vice President of Customs Brokerage, and he didn't show up. He didn't communicate his delay, and I had to sit there expecting his arrival. Working in an industry where communication and meeting timelines is critical, this was incredibly unprofessional. As a professional in the industry, I will ensure to never use any of Delmar's services and will make sure to pass the information along to my respected members in the industry. His colleague lied and said it was a personal emergency, when he later explained he just forgot. My time and yours is valuable, so don't waste your time with Delmar.
