Hats off to Jason, Daryl, Sarah, and the crew. They have looked after my home for two decades now. More recently a house wide system upgrade has been fantastic. We now enjoy seamless audio and video throughout the house with app, remote, and smart panel control options. It’s made a big difference in ease of use and the quality of the outputs. Paid over $5000 to have home theatre system, speakers in ceiling, wiring behind walls etc. Have had connectivity issues with system to tv from day one. Technician visits numerous times After 7 years same issues exist. Subwoofer for system no longer working. Installed 3 smart switches for lights After 5 years none are working. Installed security system. Stopped working properly last month, had it removed and went with new company

After years of recommending Dell to my customers for everything from outdoor sound/TV's to home automation (I own Aura Landscaping) I finally had a chance to use them on my own home. It takes a lot to impress me and my mind was BLOWN! The initial meeting with Jay and Christine to go over sound options for our home (which is not an easy one since its over 125 yrs old and a large open space) to shade options (they are a HUNTER Douglas dealer) was very personable and they made you feel like family while making sure I got the best return on investment and didn't just sell me things that wouldn't work or be a waste of money just to get a sale. When it came to the install, Jason, Conrad and Chris came by and WOW, very professional, efficient and treated our home like it was their own, even improved some deficiencies in my current layout. If you're looking for not only one stop shopping for everything from Security/home automation to video/sound and even blinds with a company who treats you like family and has your best interest in mind than Dell should be your ONLY call!
