From the initial meeting with Christian to picking up my permits at City Hall, the entire process was incredibly smooth. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. They are extremely knowledgeable, quick to make changes, and proactive in submitting drawings and recommendations to keep everything moving quickly and stress-free. Such awful, unprofessional service from this company. Will never recommend this company to anyone. No communication, just went ahead and decide to apply for a permit for a size of deck without consulting home owner as to size and style. Waited a couple months to hear from Nick, do not respond, when he does respond, such vague answers. Lesson learnt, never use this company again. Awful customer service.

I've worked with Nick and his team for several years, he has always been professional and prompt with his responses. His team is very knowledgeable within all facets of engineering, planning, and construction.

If there is a 00000 star i would give them that> Stay away from this people . We give them $1500 Deposit for the drawing we try to get hold of them for 2-3 months they wouldn't answer the phones emails nothing. Then they respond to us saying they will give us full refund . it is another 2-3 months pass no word from them. Please please stay away from this people they shouldn't be in business
