Decor Amour your hometown treasures store

I was looking them up on google to share the address etc to a friend as I was in yesterday and seen something she might love when I noticed that someone left a bad review with a lot of drama and vitriol, reminded me of a child having a tantrum which has nudged my conscience to leave a review. I have been wandering in and out of that store since moving to Welland 5 years ago. The staff is always polite and helpful. The staff is very attentive to all customers. I have witnessed how they help both browsers and serious buyers all at the same time. Their products are beautiful too. The music is always relaxing. Love this pleasant store with amazing employees. Sorry I do not know your names but pretty sure with my frequency to your store I have seen each of you. May you have a blessed Christmas season. No doubt you will have to deal with some not so nice people.

I just love this store and it's uniqueness......The quality and service is A1 .....always with friendly service and guides you with their perfessional service......my husband and I have down sized from our home and Decor Amour furnished our beautiful living room with leather couch n loveseats and our beautiful Kitchen set that we are in love with....I have purchased so many personal gifts there and can't wait to Christmas Shop soon....Thank You Decor Amour.....See you Soon🥰 . .

Love love love this store! Friendly staff, Canadian made products and I always find something to bring style and beauty to my home! My go to place for beautiful decor and my favourite candles!

We bought a couch and love seat in July. We went into the store just to look and the salesman was so nice and helpful. The store was closing soon but we did not feel rushed. We decided to come back the next day and had the manager help us. We had decided on a set the night before and she helped us with pillows. Purchased a few other things with her help. The furniture delivery is a couple of weeks late but that is because the company they buy from closed down for 2 weeks holiday. The manager was very good at helping us with this. I love the decor in this store.

My business partner and I have been in many times, in the last year, to purchase a variety of home furnishings. Including accessories, and decor. Over the past year, customer service has been great. Our plan today, was to go in and order a couple of couches, 2 tables, a few bed frames and loads of accessories, along with decor. The total cost, would of been a hefty one. Due to the incredibly rude and mouthy service, my partner and I received. We have decided to take today's purchases and future purchases elsewhere. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed by the rude employee, that they manager doesn't have time to waste on me. My partner asked nicely, a few times for the employees name. It wasn't until a colleague called the employees name, that we found it out. Due to Casidy and her children interrupting us, we will not be back. As an business owner, I can tell you rude/mouthy employees never are good to keep. They bring your business down. Sometimes so much so, you have to close doors. They cut corners, and soon the business you worked so hard on, will be going by the way side. Since I can't speak to the manager regarding this situation, I am hoping this review makes it to the appropriate people. If I knew an employee of mine, lost a sale of at least ten grand, there would be consequences.
