The service is really bad. The receptionist, Hunter, isn't knowledgeable and often gives out wrong information. And if you need help, Dean is nowhere to be found.

Dean and his staff are 1st class. The kindness and professionalism is truly appreciated.

Really bad and lying and mooch and Steelers, in-2017 I pay $84 a month and each year price go up like that $84 -$117-$135-$153_-$186 Which is I didn't do anything just keep pricing up please be careful with them

Dean likes to send you mail around your birthday where he's like 'Hey, you're getting old, think about life insurance hint hint nudge nudge", which I find funny in a macabre way, it's like dude's saying "lol you're a year closer to death start planning jerkwad". Otherwise yeah, dude's alright.

I was looking into purchasing a motorcycle but before anything i went and looked for insurance. After looking around i went to this state farm rep, and asked all the questions i needed to after talking to one of the lades she told me i would need my M license (which i knew) and a few other things. So i went and received my licence went back to make sure i had everything they needed. I went and purchased my motorcycle. Went back to state farm and asked again if i had everything. She said i was good. SO i purchased insurance from them about 2 weeks later i received a letter in the mail stating that they will not be able to offer me coverage due to the fact that i (at the time being a beginner rider) didn't have 5 years experience. So i wasn't to happy about spending all this time and money and asking the VERY people who gave me insurance take it away for there own incompetence and lack of knowledge. So i called dean and he offered me 2 or 3 months of insurance to "help with the misfortune of this misunderstanding" So 2 months goes by i get a bill in the mail for DOUBLE what i paid PER Month. instead of the quoted 95,/mnth, it was 207/mnth. Thats my story i wouldn't go back to them if it was free.If they cant get there act together offering insurance id hate to see how they act if you were to get into a fender bender.
