Frank came with real knowledge with regards to what he was doing. There were no surprises, he walked us through every step before the work was done. I especially appreciated how advised us via email what was happening the next day. Frank and his team extremely personable and accommodating.

We had a renovation done by De Marchi homes, primarily while we were in Florida starting in January 2020. We purchased all appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring, tiles etc. before we left. We were very happy with the way they stayed in touch with us while we were away, whenever any issue arose. Due to Covid, we returned early from our trip and they tried to finish most of the work so that we could return to live in our home. Through no fault of De Marchi Homes, some of the work was delayed for several months but they stayed in touch and kept us informed as to what was happening. All of the tradespeople that we met were respectful of us and our home, polite to deal with and we were very happy with each person we met that worked on our home. Tyler, who was the contractor did an excellent job of coordinating everything and everyone and always responded when I texted with a question. We are very happy with the renovation and love living in our house now that it looks so great.

We met Frank because we had liked another home that was built by De Marchi Homes in Burlington. Our project was an extensive rebuild and addition to a bungalow originally built in 1956. Working with Frank, Elvia, Tyler and their sub-trades was an excellent experience. We benefited from his relationship with suppliers and in many cases received contractor pricing of up to 30% below retail price. Delays in obtaining a permit from the City of Burlington were handled effectively and our project was completed within the anticipated time line. The quality of craftsmanship in our finished home is excellent. They identified areas to improve our initial design ideas, consulted with us and made the modifications much to our satisfaction. I have and will always recommend this builder to friends and family in search of a respectful and reputable contractor for their next home improvement.

I’ve hired DeMarchi Homes to do several renovations and have always found their work exemplary. Their professionalism and ability to help with the design is fantastic. They are always very responsive and I would hire them again for another reno in a second!

We started building an above average custom home in early spring 2018 and got De Marchi Homes to be our managing contractor. The biggest mistake in our Life! Right after the foundation was poured, the builder started getting dizzy spells and used it as an excuse for not showing up at the site for few months. Sub- contractors were frustrated on daily basis. They were contacting us instead of the builder since he never answers his phone but collects $10,000 a month managing fees. Framing errors galore. Without inspecting the framers work, DeMarchi Homes collected the invoiced by the framers amount in full. The framing is so bad the roof line is crooked. You would think that a builder worth $10,000/month in managing fees would plan the work to be done, schedule trades, order materials, check after trades. He did not do any of it! We had to chase him and ask him to move to the next step. It was like pulling theeth - painfully slow and difficult. There are so many errors, so many missed things. The roof is completely different over the second entrance than the architectural plan. How can a builder allow the roof traces to be designed and ordered so different? We are re-doing work we paid for. Amatures on the job site left unsupervised trying to figure out how to do a custom work. There are no two arches with the same height of the arch in one hallway! The builder did not even notice it. For one full year DeMarchi Homes collected $120 000 Dollars for managing the project and all that was done for 12 months is foundation, framing and poured concrete in the basement. We got poor quality, substandard work. There was no interest, no involvement or guidance from this company. We are beyond disappointed with DeMarchi Homes.
