Extremely poor communication, professionalism, and service. Additional billing appeared 7 months later. The most effort they made was to collect the extra 200 bucks. Really frustrating and unprofessional service. I chose them for the positive reviews and the service was shockingly bad.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to Kevin, I had some tax returns I haven't filed in a long time and other tax related issues that were of concern to me, he called me as soon as I had contacted DDL and walked me through the process showing me the upmost respect and support. I would like to thank him as well as everyone at DDL for being a wealth of knowledge for tax concerns, I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

The staff at DDL is knowledgeable, kind, courteous and attentive. They all go out of their way to meet your specific needs. I strongly commend them all but in particular, Blake who went above and beyond to help us with a situation that my accounting software company couldn't help me with. The software company gave up and advised me to reenter 6 months of transactions that "we lost" due to a power outage after 2 hours on the phone with their technicians. I called Blake at DDL, who is familiar with the software, and within minutes he was able to guide me remotely and retrieve the lost files. Words cannot express my immense gratitude for the hours of work he was able to save me! DDL, you are amazing!
