Days Inn by Wyndham Fallsview

Stayed overnight at the Days Inn Fallsview on a Saturday night; as my wife and I were going to a performance at the OLG Stage. Check-in was smooth (used the advance on-line) and we were warmly welcomed. When asked about overnight parking we were able to park at the casino (no charge). I did read several critical reviews about the hotel that I am happy to report were totally unfounded in our experience. Clean room, comfortable bed, TV in good working order, bathroom clean, shower was hot and had good water pressure, furniture was up to date and front desk staff were helpful, friendly and professional at all times (special shout out to Subha). Upon arrival we received several discount vouchers...used the Applebee's Breakfast voucher for 50% discount on Sunday morning...much appreciated. I'm hesitant to provide such a glowing report for fear of attracting too many customers to this little gem, making it harder for us to return...because we will be coming back.

Stayed at this location many times and it has always been comfortable experience. Love that it not as noisy as some of the other locations within the area and the front staff are extremely welcoming. The rooms are modern with dark hardwood flooring and a mounted wall flat screen. Bathrooms are standard size and clean. I’m a pretty particular person so the fact that I come back here speaks volumes. Believe that! Subha at the front desk is a great energy and always gives you a pleasant greeting. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Check in was made pleasant and the service was quick. Subha was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was super clean and lots of room. Only issue we had was there were no batteries in the tv remote but when we called to the front desk a gentleman was sent down within 10 mins with new batteries. He was also very nice and helpful.

I stayed at this Days Inn by Wyndham Fallsview (Stanley Ave) from February 1 - 3. I enjoyed the property and my stay. It’s near a lot of places to eat and the property is in a good location. I have stayed at Days Inn (Centre St.) 3x times but this property is just as good (only not as close to the actual Falls as Centre St). A special thank you to Subha who was professional, friendly and funny during check-in, and she also helped me with a special request; she’s amazing! I will be back and fully recommend this Days Inn!

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and it was a great experience. The staff was very kind and supportive, especially Gagardeep, she told us about various activities to do in Niagara for an affordable price and suggested some restaurants where we could get a discount in exchange of the vouchers we received when checking-in. Moreover, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Plus, you can get coffee in the lobby included in the price you pay. Finally, the location is very convenient since it is near the touristic areas and the Falls.
