Just no.

We were supposed to receive a shipment of new bins—everything was confirmed by email, with photos provided for pickup and drop-off, plus special instructions to deliver to the rear of our building. No one ever showed up. When I called Monday morning to find out what happened, I was told the delivery went to a completely different address nowhere near us. There was no phone call to confirm, no heads-up, nothing. This lack of communication and follow-through left us no choice but to end our contract and go with another company, who managed to deliver the bins the very same day.

Excellent driver! Perfect parking! Didn’t miss a step in Strathroy. Nice guy. Great sign of a hard worker. He got the truck right in the perfect spot. This is a tricky spot to get two trucks in, still have access for parking and the drive thru at Starbucks. While also, loading up everything. Well done! Good company.
