Krystal and her staff were so kind to me when my wife died suddenly before Christmas. Everything was explained to me and a list of all the things I needed to do with her estate. I cannot say enough about Essential Cremations. My husband died suddenly and they really eased me through a difficult process and were so supportive. No matter how many emails I wrote with questions they were always there. Extremely helpful with advice about things I had no real knowledge of. I was assisted by Robin who went way beyond what I was expecting. Compassionate and supportive throughout. Robin helped organize the obituary and even took control of getting the obituary into the local paper so I didn't have to. In situations like this you need a lot of support and guidance about a lot of things, some of quite mundane. And Robin and Essential Cremations were there for me every step of the way. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. I'm very sad at my loss of my husband but Robin made things a little easier for me. Not just a great and caring funeral home, but a great and caring business staffed by great and caring people. Thank you so much.

Nicole and the entire staff help us in our deepest hour of sorrow and despair. We had someone try to charge us 3X's what the folks at Essentials performed the entire service for and they not only met but exceeded all of our wishes. Nicole was so very nice to my family and never tried to upsell us. They arranged so I was able to say my final goodbye and again they were so very kind and compassionate.
