⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience, honest and professional: I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica from Dave’s Auto Sales and Service. From start to finish, Anton was transparent, responsive, and professional. I was buying from out of town (Ottawa), so clear communication and trust were very important to me, and this dealership delivered on both. All my questions about financing, trade-in, safety, and documentation were answered clearly, with no pressure or surprises. Before pickup, they completed the safety inspection, addressed the required items, and replaced the windshield with proper calibration. Anton also shared walkthrough videos, inspection reports, and photos, which gave me a lot of confidence before making the trip. On delivery day, everything was exactly as promised. I drove the van over 5 hours back to Ottawa with zero issues. Smooth, quiet, and comfortable. It was obvious the vehicle had been well prepared. I got to be honest, went by and they have some nice cars. Above my price range unfortunately. I was happy with everything and the cars/test drive itself but I didn’t have great customer service with sale man. All my questions were answered to the best of his knowledge, he took the car out and listened to my concerns while with me in the car. Said the concerns would be fixed. When talking about numbers he was willing to negotiate slightly. However my only concern that made this experience unpleasant and made me back away was the patience. I was told by salesman “do we have a deal or not, I have other places I need to be”. There are nicer ways to go about this and maybe say you need to go etc it seem like our conversation was totally invaluable/ just trying to push us to a sale. I did not like that and that was main reason to push me away aside from over my budget a bit. I got my last car here and had a great experience so I was a little disappointed after this one. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership rather than privately. Anton and the whole team made the process very simple and efficient. I test drove my Jeep compass and had it in my ownership within the next week, plated and everything. I wanted to support local and I’m glad I did. I highly recommend Dave’s Auto to anyone looking for a new quality vehicle.

I just bought my third vehicle from Dave's Auto. I've also had a whole engine swap done there. Always got a great deal on a great vehicle. No lemons no major issues. Any concerns were promptly taken care of. Nadine in service is a gem! When I need another vehicle I'll be back.

Dave and his son Anton are very good people to work with. We bought a Chevrolet 2019 Silverado and they did above expectations .
