I went in just to look. Wasn't planning on buying. But I ended up buying my jeep here because I felt comfortable with the price and condition of the vehicle. They were honest and trustworthy. Been driving this thing for a few days now. It's a monster on the road. Jeep Wranglers rock.

My younger brother bought a truck from Steve at Dash who was very nice and was good to deal with. However come find out the parking brake is not working and the brakes started shaking after a week. My brother had said he paid extra to buy car certified so I decided to ask my uncle to check who worked on it for safety since he works at service Ontario, as clearly it was not safetied well. He said it showed AZ did in St. Catharines. I took the truck with my brother to AZ and the guy who said he was the owner was very rude and became confrontational and said we are liars and to leave. I showed him the paper showing he worked on it for the safety yet he made it very confrontational to the point I almost called the cops. My brother bought the truck all happy and pleased with the experience overall to have a new vehicle but this experience left him puzzled and upset. He gave a deposit and didn’t negotiate the price either as he loved the truck yet had to deal with this and costing him money to fix. Had to go to Viva auto get some help and fix it. Will unfortunately have to report this to omvic and get it sorted.

I purchased a Honda CRV last summer after seeing it advertised on Marketplace. My initial information inquiry was answered immediately and I was invited to come and view it, which I did the following day after viewing multiple vehicles at multiple lots. I immediately loved the car but being cautious, I went home to think about it. I went back that afternoon, test drove and bought it. The purchase was smooth and very professional, the owner and staff are super easy to deal with and in my opinion, great people. They took their time answering all of my questions and were very thorough explaining the history of the vehicle and what was going to be worked on for the safety that I paid for. There was a minor issue post purchase that was dealt with by the owner quickly without hesitation. I would highly recommend Dash Auto if you are looking for a reliable vehicle from a business that stands behind theirs and are there for you with any questions or concerns. I'm very happy with my car and knowing they would be there if I need anything.

I want to share my experience with this car-buying store. It was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. The guys were very friendly, and I felt completely comfortable. My whole family was delighted with the service. I was very pleased that they treated us like friends and were sincere and kind. I highly recommend this store, truly, with all my heart. You'll feel confident in your purchase, no matter the price of the car, whether it's cheap or expensive. They're great!

I really liked the dealership! My family and I were actually thinking about going to Toronto that day, but “luckily” for us the weather was bad, so we decided to look around and saw this shop locally. We really liked their attitude towards us, even though we were getting an inexpensive car. They were very polite and welcoming. I really recommend these guys for buying a car!
