I bought a wallet and within three months the strap had already broken - the leather separated by one of the buckle holes. I visited the store and they said because I bought it on a clearance sale it likely only had a one month warranty. If I wanted to get a quote to fix it, I needed to leave my entire wallet with them. Just for a quote, not to actually be fixed. The strap is removable, but i couldn't just leave the strap, I would've had to leave the whole wallet, meaning I would have to remove everything. Too much of a hassle. I just won't buy from Danier again, if the leather doesn't hold up for more then a few months and assistance is such a hassle.

They only have very thin, lamb skin leather products at this store. If you ever get one of these jackets snagged it will rip wide open. I asked the associate if they had anything more durable because of this concern and she became defensive and insulted me and my own leather jacket. Unsure if she was just insecure about her products but I found this very unprofessional and rude. It also concerned me with how they would handle a legit issue with one of their products.

Shopped this evening and had the most wonderful customer service from the young lady (dark mid length curly hair). She went out of her way to find items for us, was so positive and helpful. Such a great experience and love to see it at a time when we are actively trying to buy Canadian. Well done Danier!

Do not buy here. Horrible experience at Danier Fallsview Casino. The sales associate told me I could return an item, but when I did the next day, the manager, Donna, was rude and unhelpful. I felt unfairly blamed, and I suspect the associate misled me to make a sale. This has completely turned me off from shopping at Danier.
