HORRIBLE customer service skills. I would not recommend you do business with this company. I ordered business cards and labels from them in which the labels looked great until i realized that they had printed them in the wrong size, after we specifically went over sizing and I sent them the proper size with bleed marks. Business cards were horrible quality and their excuse was that I sent the file. I explained to them that although I sent the file, it would have been nice to call me and forewarn me that the quality isnt the cleanest. Instead, they went ahead and printed 500 cards that look pixelated. Although I clearly stated that Id take them anyway but I genuinely dont feel comfortable giving them to customers, they owners wife rudely shouts out “no youre not” because I told said that I would pick up the business cards later in the day due to me not bringing my wallet. I found that extremely rude due to the fact that it was my first time ever having an interaction with her and she didnt even say hello, she started to call me rude and say I would not pick up my cards just because I was not taking them THAT MOMENT. Reception was not pleasant at all. I walked in cheerfully saying “its friday!” With a smile just to walk out dissatisfied and extremely turned off. I was looking to build a long term relationship with this company to do all my printing but now, I will not ever return due to how they treat people, their level of business excellence and their attitudes. All very poor. I 150% DO NOT RECOMMEND. I believe you should print with companies who do their diligence to ensure customer satisfaction. Nothing in life will always be perfect but there are things you can do to heighten customer satisfaction and simply telling a customer their work is pixelated before printing 500 of their cards that represent their business would be ideal. Although I sent the file, It would have been nice to have a company who cared about my business and satisfaction enough to tell me I might not like the quality.

Needed a large format poster printed last minute for my wedding. I had to call and email to get a price but it was cheaper than Staples and other chains and businesses that I priced out online. It was also available quicker than any other option.
