Worst DQ Ever! Paid extra for toppings that were not even added. $31 dollars for ice cream made by miserably cheap employees. The female employee working wasnt even in proper uniform. Wearing a grey tracksuit, platform white running shoes and texting on her sparkly pink iPhone. Zero customer service, zero customer satisfaction! I will never attend this establishment again.

Service was disappointing, in accurate hours posted. We asked the lady what time they closed, and she told us 10:00 (as per website), but then told us she's "decided to close at 9:30?", My friends and I sat down to enjoy our ice cream, and the exact second the clock struck 9:30, the lady working told us from across the restaurant, as we were eating the ice cream that we had just purchased, that she's "now closed and we had to leave".. I could understand if they weren't busy, but there was 3 separate groups of customers in just a matter of a half hour, not even. In my opinon just a disappointing way to treat paying customers. Also, loud music was being played from some kind of speaker. I found that to be a little strange. I feel like this location must have gotten new owners.

A boy in black turban made this marvellous shake its ultimate i really love it and he was very friendly in nature nice customer service. I really appreciate him

45$ for a cake that was improperly prepared and missing so much of the fudge part.. holes through out the whole cake. Kinda crazy..

I want to start this by saying I used to have the best experiences here. Until I recently have gone and every single time I go there’s always an issue. And if I don’t go to the store itself because it’s always too busy inside, sometimes I order. I ordered tonight, 2 chilli cheese dogs and a blizzard. My blizzard was not good at all, and it was still cold so not because it was melted. And Second, my “chilli cheese dogs” were just hot dogs with the smallest amount of cheese and NO chilli. They gave me a side of relish and ketchup lmfao. Also? No call to say that they didn’t have what I ordered.. instead just gave me something gross lol. Extremely not happy with how this location has turned out over the years.
